Sci-fi and fantasy have long been a means of escape for fans. These works pull readers and viewers into an alternative reality where they can follow heroes as they overcome obstacles.
Unfortunately, with the state of the world, most in-person gatherings were canceled in 2020. This has left many friends without a gathering place to share in their nerdom and escape the trials of real life.
So, I founded SFFCon—something for people to look forward to as a bright point in an otherwise dark year. No politics, no drama, just a shared love of SF&F. The convention will be held virtually November 7-8, 2020.
Thanks to many amazing author friends and other creatives in my social circle, we've been able to bring together a fantastic line-up of guests, including Catherine Asaro, A.G. Riddle, and other top indie authors including J.N. Chaney, Ken Lozito, and Glynn Stewart.
